The highest reviewed title was a puzzle game that, while fun, didn't exactly stretch the system to its limits. That failed to happen—the PSP was incredibly impressive from a technological standpoint, but was severely lacking in games. The Sony PSP launched strongly with all the hype and the momentum many thought would allow Sony to bury Nintendo in the handheld market.
